Marcella Kroll is an artist, mystic, and spiritual teacher,

whose work bridges contemporary art, divination, and lived spiritual practice.

with over 25 years of experience as a psychic medium, occult practitioner, and spiritual counselor, her work is rooted in ethical engagement with the unseen, cultural memory, and the reclamation of intuitive knowledge. She is widely recognized for making esoteric traditions accessible, inclusive, and relevant to modern life. 

Her visual artwork has been exhibited nationally and internationally and is held in the permanent collection of the Rhode Island School of Design Museum, as well as in Beth DeWoody’s Bunker Artspace. Marcella has presented and taught at institutions and cultural spaces including the Los Angeles Public Library (exclusively teaching Tarot for Teens for 14 years), the Philosophical Research Society, and the Lucas Museum. Her teaching has reached large scale audiences, including presenting classes at Lightning in a Bottle (LIB), a major music and arts festival in California with over 18,000 attendees, and speaking at conferences such as the Northwest Magic Conference in Portland.

In addition to teaching and lecturing, Marcella has read for multiple celebrity clients, led public rituals and ceremonial work in museums, community spaces, and outdoor sites. These include rituals at the Los Angeles River, the Women’s Center for Creative Work, and Belle Book and Candle (a monthly magical themed burlesque show) in Los Angeles, as well as a ceremonial collaboration at the Natural History Museum’s Mummy Exhibit alongside the band Death Valley Girls, focused on honoring and communicating in peace with the Egyptian dead.

Marcella is the author of Healing the Liminal, Priestess, and Magical Shielding, forthcoming in 2027. She is also the creator of several acclaimed tarot and oracle decks, including Sacred Symbols Oracle, Nature Nurture Oracle, The Dreamers Tarot, and The Roast Iconic Oracle, with The Initiates Oracle forthcoming in 2026. She is a coauthor of Tarot in Taschen’s Library of Esoterica series.
